Job description
The role focuses on providing end-to-end cash management structuring, solutioning advisory, and bespoke deal management for large C&IB clients within the Transaction Banking Services unit, which delivers integrated solutions across trade, supply chain finance, payments, and cash management to corporate, government, and financial institution clients. Responsibilities span structuring complex local and cross-border cash management solutions, managing technical discussions with clients, embedding finance into mandates, designing integrated liquidity and reconciliation solutions, and driving adoption of ERP integrations, electronic banking, and API connectivity. The position collaborates heavily with Coverage Relationship Managers to scope and generate new cash management business opportunities, promote digital channel utilization, grow CASA balances, and drive Cash Management NII and NFI revenue. Additional duties include identifying portfolio opportunities in payments and collections, supporting bespoke deal origination through legal, documentation, structuring, and monitoring stages, providing VOC feedback for product enhancement, engaging sector-specific coverage to identify white spacing and cross-sell opportunities, and enhancing ENBD’s positioning as a provider of structured and advisory-based Transaction Banking solutions. The role requires deep technical knowledge of transaction banking products including payments, collections, virtual accounts, liquidity management, escrow, card acquiring, and cash management channels such as online banking, API banking, and SWIFT for Corporate, as well as strong advisory, structuring, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities in payments, collections, and CASA within the existing client portfolio.
- Drive achievement of product-specific targets across integrated cash management solutions including H2H, API banking, virtual accounts, and escrow.
- Work with Relationship Managers to originate, structure, sell, document, and monitor bespoke cash management deals.
- Provide structuring and solutioning advisory for complex local and cross-border deals, including embedded finance discussions with clients.
- Deliver cash management solutions focused on liquidity and reconciliation efficiencies through ERP integrations, electronic banking, and API connectivity.
- Conduct active coverage engagement to identify client-specific opportunities, analyze data, and highlight white spacing and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide client VOC to product teams to support product development and commercialization aligned with customer expectations.
- Adopt an advisory-led approach to enhance deal-winning capability for mandates.
- Establish ENBD as a comprehensive provider of structured and advisory-based transaction banking solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Teams, IT, Risk, and business units to ensure seamless execution.
Experience & skills
- 5–7+ years of banking experience, including 3–5 years in cash management products or treasury management roles.
- Strong understanding of transaction banking products including payments, collections, virtual accounts, liquidity management, escrow, card acquiring, and cash management channels.
- Experience structuring bespoke and complex cash management solutions.
- Ability to drive solutioning discussions with clients and support embedded finance within mandates.
- Proficiency with online banking platforms, API banking, SWIFT for Corporate, and ERP connectivity concepts.
- Strong client engagement ability and advisory delivery expertise.
- Ability to collaborate closely with relationship teams and internal stakeholders.
- Finance graduate with management degree.
