PwC's AI Centre of Excellence runs AI Factory squads that design and ship custom AI solutions, and this Senior Associate role keeps those squads moving through Agile delivery. You coordinate and deliver AI and GenAI initiatives, combining project management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance. Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives all get facilitated directly, alongside backlog refinement and sprint readiness support. Delivery impediments and blockers get identified and removed as they surface, keeping sprint predictability, quality and delivery performance on track. Project schedules, milestones and delivery plans are developed and maintained, with dependencies, risks, assumptions and issues monitored closely across business and technical teams. RAID registers, weekly status reports and dashboards get prepared and kept current, alongside project documentation and action logs. Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, QA and Business Analysts all get coordinated with to keep activities aligned with AI CoE delivery standards and governance requirements. Stakeholders receive regular updates on project status, risks and key decisions, with business expectations kept aligned to delivery commitments throughout.
