A high-value technology spend portfolio sits at the heart of this Senior Manager, Technology Sourcing role, with strategic sourcing decisions across the wider business running through it. You will lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across technology and IT procurement categories, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop sourcing strategies. RFI, RFP and RFQ processes get managed end to end, alongside supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract implementation. Supplier, market and spend analysis feeds into the role constantly, identifying opportunities, mitigating risk, and supporting informed decision-making. Commercial negotiations and supplier relationships fall under your ownership, with the goal of delivering optimal commercial, operational and service outcomes. Performance gets monitored closely across the supplier base, compliance with procurement policies is enforced, and continuous improvement runs across all sourcing activities. Leading, coaching and developing procurement team members rounds out the role, building sourcing best practice, project execution, and stakeholder management skills across the wider team.
