Job description
The Senior Procurement Manager at Tahaluf will play a pivotal role in streamlining procurement operations and maximizing value across all departments, primarily supporting Operations and Marketing teams in delivering world-class events. This Saudi National-only role entails leading procurement strategy, managing supplier contracts and compliance, driving cost efficiencies, overseeing full procurement lifecycles, and developing favorable commercial terms. The candidate will be embedded in a fast-growing, start-up-like environment, contributing to landmark events such as LEAP and Black Hat, and ensuring alignment with internal policies, financial goals, and regulatory frameworks. A strong focus will be on expanding vetted local supplier usage, contract consolidation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities span from drafting RFPs and negotiating pricing to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and mitigating supply chain risks.

Key responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and maximize value across all business functions
- Ensure financial tracking, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Streamline procurement workflows to support Operations and Marketing efficiency
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage a compliant and cost-effective supplier base
- Develop and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, framework agreements, and rate cards
- Oversee procurement lifecycle processes including POs, invoicing, and documentation with Finance
- Prepare RFPs, conduct cost benchmarking, and lead supplier negotiations
- Monitor procurement performance and cost trends, and assess supply chain risks
- Collaborate with Project Managers to unify procurement practices and leverage economies of scale
- Support Sales teams in securing Value-In-Kind partnerships to reduce net spend
Experience & skills
- Saudi National
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or event production operations
- Ability to anticipate logistical challenges and meet deadlines
- Budgeting and cost control experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of KSA/GCC market and event industry best practices
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and compliance focus
- Proven relationship-building and communication capabilities
