Job description
The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing HR operations within a fast-paced, multicultural corporate environment. The role involves overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding. The candidate will support HR policy implementation, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, maintain accurate HR documentation, coordinate recruitment activities, assist in preparing HR reports and workforce analytics, manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams, and handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. The role requires collaboration across departments to maintain consistent HR standards and employee experience, participation in HR initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and internal communications, and providing timely updates and support to employees across all HR matters.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Support policy implementation, HR procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent HR standards and employee experience
- Participate in HR initiatives including performance cycles, engagement activities, and internal communications
- Ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and support to employees across all HR matters
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or regional corporate environment
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting large teams across multiple departments or business units
