Job description
The Senior Specialist, Client Management supports the inbound leads process and contributes to the organic growth of ADGM by acting as a client nurturer to ensure potential clients receive the necessary support to seamlessly transition into opportunities, improving conversion rates and engagement. The role manages inbound queries across multiple channels (digital, walk-ins, referrals, events), profiles and maps leads to relevant clusters to enhance data quality, ensures effective engagement, and maintains accurate reporting. Key activities include managing the end-to-end process of converting inbound queries and leads into prospective leads and ultimately registered entities at ADGM; acting as a key point of contact for inquiries to ensure prompt addressing, qualification, and effective routing; handling inquiries with professionalism to support a seamless client journey from initial contact to onboarding; responding to customer queries with tailored information based on client needs; supporting follow-up strategies for high-priority leads to maximize conversion rates; building and maintaining professional relationships with prospective clients; staying updated on ADGMâs cluster offerings and communicating them effectively; contributing to initiatives that enhance the client journey and satisfaction; profiling and mapping leads and opportunities to relevant clusters to ensure data accuracy and quality; maintaining accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversion activities in internal systems; tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics (conversion rates, response times) and highlighting trends for improvement; and providing insights and recommendations to optimize inquiry and lead management processes. Information Security responsibilities include understanding, adopting, adhering to, and practicing controls as per ADGM Information Security policy, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ADGM information at all times. Education requires a Bachelorâs/ Masterâs Degree with a minimum 5â7 years of experience in the same field.

- Manage the end-to-end process of converting inbound queries and leads from digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and events into prospective leads and ultimately registered entities at ADGM.
- Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, promptly address, qualify, and route them effectively to appropriate teams to ensure seamless client journeys.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and care, provide tailored information based on client needs, and support onboarding to improve conversion rates.
- Support follow-up strategies for high-priority leads by proactively addressing needs to maximize conversion and engagement metrics.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the inquiry and conversion process to reinforce ADGMâs value proposition.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and communicate ADGMâs cluster offerings effectively.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall client journey and client satisfaction across all inbound channels.
- Profile and map leads and opportunities to relevant clusters to ensure data accuracy, data quality, and effective engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversion activities in internal systems to support reporting and governance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and response times, and highlight trends with recommendations for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inquiry handling, lead management processes, and conversion workflows.
- Understand, adopt, and adhere to responsibilities and controls as per ADGM Information Security policy, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information at all times.
Experience & skills
- Possess a Bachelorâs/ Masterâs Degree.
- Bring a minimum of 5â7 years of experience in the same field managing inbound queries and lead conversion across digital, walk-in, referral, and event channels.
- Demonstrate ability to profile and map leads to relevant clusters to enhance data accuracy, data quality, and reporting.
- Exhibit proficiency in maintaining accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversion activities in internal systems and producing reports.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including conversion rates and response times, and provide insights for process optimization.
- Adhere to ADGM Information Security policy and maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ADGM information at all times.
- Stay updated on ADGMâs cluster offerings and communicate them effectively to potential clients to support engagement and conversion.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and support a seamless client journey from initial contact through onboarding.
