Key responsibilities

• Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
• Follow up on all customer inquiries and direct customers to the correct DHL department when needed
• Maintain proactive work processes to support teamwork, shuttle procedures, and overall performance
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, especially given the express nature of DHL’s services
• Process all shipments accepted at the counter accurately and enter relevant data to ensure perfect airwaybills
• Resolve customer complaints with minimal intervention from team leaders
• Ensure all shipments are manifested by the end of each shift and that documents and invoices are imaged for faster clearance
• Provide follow-up support for call center advisors during off hours by tracking and tracing shipments
