Job description
Within Al-Futtaim Groupās Retail division supporting M&S in Saudi Arabia, the HR Executive is responsible for end-to-end HR operations emphasizing employee experience, compliance, and timely execution. The role supports recruitment for Bands CāD, coordinates interviews, and manages joining, confirmation, and separation processes while ensuring new joiners receive induction packs and complete joining formalities (brand uniform, access card, fingerprint registration). It administers onboarding to ensure smooth integration and conducts and documents exit interviews. The position consolidates payroll data and manages attendance, overtime, turnover, and leave records; prepares and maintains HR dashboards and reports for finance and recruitment; drafts and issues employee warning letters with proper documentation; and acts as HR record keeper, ensuring secure, accurate storage and easy retrieval of HR records. It follows up on probation reviews at 1, 3, and 5 months, maintains updated employee archives and databases, manages internal and external hiring processes, coordinates disciplinary investigations, maintains organizational structure records, and prepares approval requests for HRBP related to actions and terminations. The role collaborates with the HRBP to ensure timely delivery of HR administrative tasks, manages HR Academy activities, aligns training programs with business needs, coordinates and facilitates employee workshops, provides weekly reports on training activities and outcomes, and monitors daily execution of training plans for timely completion. All activities align with strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and proficiency in MS Office, supporting Retail and M&S operations in Riyadh.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bring 2ā4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or training coordination
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
