Job description
This role manages customized credit solutions for high net-worth individuals in Private and Premier Banking. The Account Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing and structuring discretionary lending deals, managing credit portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ARM acts as a single point of contact for clients while supporting credit operations from proposal to disbursement and recovery.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a personal lending portfolio focused on high-net-worth individuals
- Source new discretionary lending opportunities through internal business units
- Prepare and assess credit proposals ensuring policy compliance
- Coordinate with credit administration, legal, and external partners for documentation and disbursement
- Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing delinquency
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure effective NPA management
- Produce weekly and monthly performance and exception reports
- Maintain accurate records and update daily/monthly MIS
- Support Head of Personal Lending in strategic reviews and policy development
- Handle internal meetings and customer relationship escalations
Experience & skills
- Omani National
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance and/or Banking
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in credit/lending and HNW relationship management
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong problem-solving and commercial skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of banking products, credit documentation, and Central Bank regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
