Job description
Cigna is seeking an Oracle OIC Developer to join its technology team in Riyadh, supporting the rapid expansion of its Middle East operations. This role will focus on building and maintaining integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion tools, and related PaaS/IaaS products. The developer will work in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end integration solutions, manage data pipelines, optimize performance, and support custom PaaS processes. The position requires expertise in Oracle tools, database development, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Support and manage OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS, and App Composer across core Fusion.
- Implement end-to-end data integration projects using Oracle technology.
- Administer ODI, ensuring load balancing and performance in high-volume environments.
- Design relational and dimensional data models for integration solutions.
- Optimize ODI processes and perform performance tuning.
- Develop queries, functions, triggers, packages, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T-SQL.
- Implement and enforce data quality and governance policies.
- Collaborate with development teams to finalize data models and loading methodologies.
- Build database scripts and integrate with release pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Prod.
- Support and maintain custom PaaS solutions and processes.
- Develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, and execute data extraction queries.
- Provide after go-live project support for OIC implementations.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Integration Consultant.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC.
- Experience providing after go-live project support.
- Expertise with Oracle tools: Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow, PL/SQL, and Fusion Middleware.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Broad domain knowledge of Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.
- Preferred: Oracle PaaS certification, finance transformation project experience, and Agile methodology exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and passionate about technology with a problem-solving mindset.
