Job description
The Specialist – Fleet Scheduling at Red Sea Global (AMAALA Mobility Division) is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of the company’s fleet, including sedans and mini-buses. This role involves coordinating daily fleet scheduling, dispatch, and routing to ensure seamless service delivery for staff, guests, and stakeholders. The specialist will monitor performance, ensure compliance with SLAs and safety regulations, and address operational challenges such as delays, breakdowns, or disruptions. Key tasks include collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure proactive servicing, conducting audits, compiling operational performance data, and preparing regular reports for management. The role requires identifying opportunities for fleet resource optimization, improving scheduling efficiency, and reducing costs while maintaining high service standards. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to analyze data for decision-making. Prior experience in transportation or fleet operations is an advantage. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting AMAALA’s vision of delivering world-class mobility solutions.

- Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety, and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations
- Manage supplier engagement and ensure service excellence in vendor relationships
Experience & skills
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
