Job description
This role manages and grows a portfolio of key Giga Project accounts for Honeywell, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships across sectors supported by Honeywellâs automation, building technologies, energy, sustainability, and industrial automation solutions. The position develops and executes strategic account plans, drives revenue growth, builds and maintains high-level stakeholder relationships, and identifies new business opportunities within existing accounts. Responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and driving continuous improvement. The role supports Honeywellâs strategic ambition to transform cities, buildings, transportation, and industrial operations through advanced technologies, contributing directly to customer retention, revenue expansion, and long-term business growth.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while acting as the primary point of contact

Experience & skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in account management or sales with a proven record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
