The Country Lead - Corporate Services MNC is a senior leadership role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing the full commercial and operational performance of a global workplace services organisation within a top-performing and growing market. This position carries end-to-end accountability for country-level sales, operations, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The role requires developing and executing robust B2B sales strategies tailored to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with short sales cycles, evolving client expectations, and competitive market conditions. The Country Lead is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all service lines. Acting as the primary in-country representative, the role involves building strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and internal global teams, while regularly presenting sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership at CXO level. The position also includes oversight of recruitment, capability building, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing local team aligned with global standards. In addition, the Country Lead ensures adherence to local regulations and corporate governance policies, monitors market trends to identify new opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction. This role demands a commercially driven, strategic, and results-oriented leader capable of scaling operations, leading change, and delivering measurable business growth in a competitive B2B services landscape.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all country-level sales and operational activities, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies tailored to the local market, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and expansion within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Drive business growth by monitoring market trends, identifying new commercial opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint within high-potential sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance market presence and long-term business sustainability.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the local team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with global standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, governance requirements, and company policies while maintaining operational risk controls.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal regional and global teams to enhance service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Manage country-level budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure financial discipline and margin improvement.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives to adapt to evolving market dynamics and maintain competitive advantage.
Experience & skills
- Strong background in sales management within the B2B business services industry, preferably within workplace or corporate services sectors.
- Proven experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth industries with short sales cycles and rapidly changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales and operational targets.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making capabilities with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at CXO and senior stakeholder levels.
- Experience managing country-level P&L responsibilities, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of market expansion strategies, competitive positioning, and customer-centric business models.
- Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks within the UAE.
- High level of commercial acumen, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
- Track record of delivering sustainable results and scaling operations within a multinational organisation.
