Job description
The Business & Technology Delivery Senior Analyst at Accenture Technology plays a pivotal role in supporting and delivering technology-led transformation programs for telecommunications clients. Working within the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) division, this position focuses on designing and implementing solutions across Business Support Systems (BSS), Operations Support Systems (OSS), and digital platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with client stakeholders to assess business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless delivery through modern methodologies such as Agile and DevOps. The Senior Analyst contributes to solution architecture, integration frameworks, and process optimization while helping clients adopt innovative cloud and API-based technologies. This position requires a deep understanding of Telco business processes, including order management, billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and network operations. The role also involves developing technology roadmaps, facilitating workshops, and staying informed of emerging industry trends such as 5G, digital customer experience, and cloud-native systems. Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to understand and document business and technology requirements for transformation programs.
- Support the design and delivery of telecommunications transformation projects across BSS, OSS, and digital platforms.
- Contribute to solution architecture design, integration patterns, and process mapping to align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Assist in developing comprehensive technology roadmaps and implementation strategies that support client digital transformation goals.
- Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement sessions to capture detailed functional and technical needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of solutions, maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging Telco industry trends, cloud innovations, and integration best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to Agile delivery practices and support DevOps initiatives for continuous improvement in solution deployment.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical deliverables.
Experience & skills
- 3–6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in consulting or technology delivery roles.
- Knowledge of Telco business processes such as order management, billing, CRM, and network operations.
- Hands-on exposure to BSS and OSS systems and understanding of integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with API-based architectures.
- Understanding of digital transformation concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in TM Forum, cloud platforms, or integration technologies are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess client requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver technology-driven business outcomes.
