Job description
As a Sr Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will join a dynamic Solution Consulting team supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solution sales. You will be instrumental in driving product revenue by delivering solution-oriented technical expertise during sales engagements. Your role involves partnering with Sales and Product Management to guide strategic programs, lead discovery sessions, provide demos, and deliver product-specific solutions that align with customer needs. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on technical position that also supports marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and align our solution with their needs
- Deliver product demonstrations to highlight technical and business value
- Answer technical and product feature questions from customers, partners, and internal teams
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts through customer journey sessions and outcome alignment
- Provide feedback to product management to guide enhancements and address customer needs
- Share best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency and solution quality
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, trade shows, and conferences
Experience & skills
- Experience in AI integration in work processes and decision-making
- Extensive experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or comparable cloud software
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product and services
- Strong territory management and pipeline building skills
- Willingness to travel
- Strong ability to deliver technical presentations and demos
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business goals
