Job description
Filling stations and customers across the UAE depend on ADNOC Distribution depots never running short of petroleum products, and this Supply Supervisor in Abu Dhabi helps the Department Manager keep that supply flowing. Annual requirements, broken down by month, are built from Refined Products Term Contracts, and a rolling 13-week program goes to ADNOC Marketing for planning. Each day starts with stock positions from the depots and a supply request to Abu Dhabi Refinery (Takreer), covering JET-A1 by pipeline for the Aviation Operations Depot and tanker deliveries for other needs. Pumping sequences and quantity targets for pipeline transfers to Al Ain are agreed with Takreer, while Mussafah Control Room and Al Ain Depot staff arrange receipts. Certificates of quantity and tank-gauging reports from Sas Al Nakhl Terminal and Mussafah Depot are checked against calculations. Monthly paperwork includes contractor delivery statements, stock and movement statements and a comparison of requirements, receipts and off-take, along with PDN/PTN follow-up and the area capital budget. Supply Assistants report to you, and regular depot visits are part of the role. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business administration, 5 years in petroleum terminal operations and product supply, good Arabic and English and a valid UAE driving license.
