Job description
The Data Administrator (Fixed Term Supply) â Whole School role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a full-time position designed to support data-driven decision-making across all phases of the school, serving students aged 4â18. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, recording, validating, and analyzing academic and operational data to assist teachers and senior leaders in improving student outcomes and strategic planning. Working within a large, well-established British international school environment, the Data Administrator will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting of student performance data, assessment records, attendance information, and other key metrics. The role requires close collaboration with academic staff, senior leadership teams, and administrative departments to streamline data processes and enhance reporting systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality. This role also demands flexibility, responsiveness to internal and external enquiries, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities
- Collect, input, validate, and maintain accurate student and school performance data across all year groups
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support teachers, middle leaders, and senior leadership decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with school policies and safeguarding requirements
- Manage and maintain school Management Information Systems (MIS) and associated data platforms
- Support academic teams during assessment cycles, examination periods, and reporting deadlines
- Respond proactively to internal and external data-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to improve data systems and reporting efficiencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student and staff information at all times
- Assist with audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required
- Work flexibly, including occasional extended hours, to meet operational deadlines
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in a similar administrative or data-focused role, preferably within a large organization
- Previous experience working in a school or educational environment is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- High levels of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery

- Valid KSA residency status
