Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on FX products, including currency transactions, hedging strategies, pricing benchmarks, and market trends
- Collaborate with the Head of FX Products to develop tailored FX solutions and new propositions
- Participate in internal and external meetings to understand client requirements and recommend solutions
- Conduct regular training for frontline staff to enhance FX product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Monitor client feedback and enhance FX product offerings
- Conduct market research to identify FX trends and opportunities
- Analyze market data and provide clients with currency movement insights
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes for compliance and competitiveness
- Prepare reports and presentations on market trends and FX product performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive FX adoption and optimize processes
- Ensure smooth execution of FX transactions and delivery of FX products
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement
- Document advisory processes, guidelines, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and FX transactions
- Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with bank requirements
Experience & skills
- 3-5 years of experience in foreign exchange advisory, client relationship management, or related role in banking/financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in Foreign Exchange, Financial Markets, or related fields are a plus
- Strong understanding of FX products, client relationship management, and market analysis
- Sales-oriented with drive to achieve targets
- Experience in providing FX advisory services and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail with commitment to high standards of service and advisory excellence
