Job description
The Finance Business Partner for Al-Futtaim Automotiveās FAMCO division in Saudi Arabia serves as a trusted advisor to the business, driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and governance. The role involves partnering with business leaders across Sales, Aftersales, and Operations to deliver financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support sustainable growth. Key functions include leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for assigned units; supporting business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario planning; and ensuring compliance with Al-Futtaim policies, IFRS standards, and local regulations such as VAT. The position also focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting. The Finance Business Partner will deliver timely management reports, initiate cost-saving measures, and play an active role in ensuring internal control and compliance frameworks are effectively maintained. The role requires a high level of financial and commercial acumen, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders constructively within a large, multi-national automotive organization known for its customer-centric approach and innovation in mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive sustainable growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for assigned business units
- Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario planning exercises
- Ensure compliance with Al-Futtaim policies, IFRS standards, and local regulations including VAT
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and business reviews
- Review and initiate cost-saving measures across the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams to align on financial objectives and outcomes
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
- 5ā8 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years in a business partnering capacity
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in IFRS, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge, particularly SAP
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or related sectors preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
