The Dispatching Lead at Panda Retail Company in Riyadh is accountable for directing and coordinating fulfilment operations across multiple stores with full P&L responsibility. The role involves leading area operations to ensure optimal customer service while driving continuous improvement and profitability. Key functions include training staff, monitoring talent development, delivering audits and fulfilment standards, and implementing best practices across centres of excellence. The position requires building and optimizing delivery routes, managing last mile operations, troubleshooting delivery exceptions in collaboration with Panda App customer care, and maintaining performance goals and compliance. The Dispatching Lead also leads fulfilment launches in line with strategic plans, ensures effective peak season planning with sufficient resources, and manages last mile and freelancer providers in accordance with Panda Fulfilment Operations standards. The role requires a background in retail and e-commerce, experience in managing employees and their performance, strong planning and organizing skills, and advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities. Education requirements include a minimum of high school with college being a plus, alongside intermediate+ English and Microsoft Office proficiency.
