The Consumer Account Manager at Bayzat, based in Dubai, UAE, plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth within the HRTech and insurance SaaS ecosystem. This role encompasses full ownership of client accounts across the HR, Payroll, Finance, and Insurance domains, including managing new customer onboarding, preparing insurance quotations, monitoring renewals, and proactively ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements. The position requires liaising with insurance providers and brokerage partners to secure accurate quotations, issuing policy documents, resolving client queries, and facilitating end-to-end customer journeys. The role is highly data-driven, leveraging CRM systems, internal analytics tools, and performance metrics to track renewals, assess client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce touchpoints. The Consumer Account Manager will also partner closely with design and technology teams to enhance the Bayzat platform’s usability and user experience, provide coaching and training to clients on platform and product usage, and maintain knowledge of industry and market changes to inform strategic client engagements. By ensuring timely, high-quality service, process improvements, and client education, this role directly impacts client retention, revenue growth, platform adoption, and Bayzat’s market positioning as a leading HRTech and insurance solutions provider in the MENA region. Additionally, the role supports cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including customer success, sales, operations, and technology teams, to ensure alignment on customer needs, process improvements, and strategic objectives, contributing to the company’s mission of creating remarkable workplaces and seamless employee experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare insurance quotations for new customers and manage renewals for existing customers
- Answer and proactively follow up with potential customers through multiple communication channels including email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Educate prospective customers on insurance products, mechanics, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with brokerage partners as needed to obtain official customer quotations
- Liaise with insurance companies to prepare renewal quotations, obtain issued policy documentation, and answer client questions
- Maintain accountability for renewal rates and adherence to agreed performance metrics
- Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurers
- Set up and lead meetings with existing clients to strengthen rapport and cross-sell other products
- Train and educate clients on using the Bayzat Health application
- Monitor and maintain awareness of key market or industry changes to inform client interactions
- Redesign and optimize customer service and renewal processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with design and technology teams to enhance the Bayzat website and platform user experience while minimizing required touchpoints
- Develop and deliver ongoing customer service and sales training based on operational learnings
- Maintain and update CRM records to reflect process changes and operational optimizations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
