Job description
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Performance Management Lead for the IMEA region (India, Middle East, Africa) to oversee all aspects of performance review processes, analytics, and advisory for consulting cohorts. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, people analytics, and talent operations, ensuring data-driven performance management and development across geographies and business units.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and evolution of the global performance system (ADVANCE) in the IMEA region
- Monitor consultant performance trajectories and recommend interventions
- Partner with Talent Managers, HC Operations, and Leadership to manage performance cases (PIPs, TDPs)
- Facilitate calibration discussions and maintain quality assurance aligned with competency frameworks
- Build dashboards and analyze performance data to identify trends and capability gaps
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Talent and Leadership teams
- Support pyramid/capacity planning and workforce reporting
- Lead end-to-end mid-year and year-end review cycles, including communications and logistics
- Improve review processes leveraging automation and system tools (Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Ensure data integrity and consistent use of systems and templates
- Identify learning and coaching needs and partner with L&D to develop interventions
- Train consultants and reviewers on self-evaluations, feedback delivery, and review writing
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Talent Management, HC Operations, L&D, and business leadership
Experience & skills
- 6+ years of experience in performance management, people analytics, HR strategy, or consulting operations
- Experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or multinational professional services preferred
- Proven ability to manage performance or talent programs across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global consulting environments
