The role also involves cross-selling services across other Kempinski hotels, participating in trade shows, workshops, and sales blitzes, and actively contributing to the Duty Manager rota. Additionally, the Sales Manager ensures strict adherence to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety, immediately reporting and rectifying potential hazards, and aligning daily operations with Kempinski’s high standards of European-style luxury hospitality.
