Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Masterās preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in operations management or related role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
