Developers, private equity funds, REITs and government institutions across MENA bring their real estate questions to PwC's Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure team in Dubai. This Senior Associate role, open to UAE Nationals, sits within the Deals practice and focuses on strategy. Financial models for mixed-use developments, across asset classes and financing structures, take up a good share of the week. Development appraisals, feasibility studies, market studies and area program assessments sit alongside them. Some engagements go further into corporate strategy, business plans and investment roadmaps, and you may work directly with external investors. Findings come together in written reports and presentations built on sound analysis and data. Expect to travel around 75% of the time, often with overnight stays. At least 3 years in strategy or consulting is required, ideally in real estate, hospitality, leisure or private equity, along with fluent Arabic and English, and RICS designation is preferred.
