Job description
The T&O Management Consulting Manager role at Accenture UAE is focused on delivering cutting-edge HR strategies across organizational design, talent management, transformational change, and workforce analytics. The manager will lead teams in designing agile, future-proof operating models, applying data-driven insights to shape client solutions, and partnering with senior client leaders to drive value at the intersection of people, business, and technology. This includes creating digital talent strategies, managing end-to-end transformation initiatives, diagnosing organizational challenges, and driving behavior change using scientific approaches. The role also involves business development, client engagement, mentorship, and practice development, supported by expertise in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and AR/VR technologies. Candidates must have strong experience in HR domains, preferably with a background in psychology or behavioral sciences, and consulting experience is required.

- Lead teams in designing agile and resilient operating models aligned with future-of-work trends
- Advise clients using data-driven insights to develop end-to-end human capital solutions
- Partner with client leadership to deliver organizational, business, and technology strategies
- Design and implement transformational change programs across HR and business functions
- Develop digital talent and learning strategies integrated with enterprise platforms
- Perform organizational diagnosis to identify and solve root causes of inefficiencies
- Apply behavioral tools and assessments to measure cultural and performance impacts
- Identify and manage leadership attributes and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Foster an inclusive, diverse team environment and mentor junior consultants
- Support business development through proposals, SOWs, and client presentations
- Contribute to internal practice development including whitepapers and recruiting
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in four or more HR strategy domains
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Strong knowledge in organizational psychology or behavioral science preferred
- Experience with organizational analytics, leadership development, and talent transformation
- Scientific approach to behavior change initiatives including hypothesis testing and iteration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Experience with digital learning technologies like AR, VR, or XR
