The Clinic Manager / Unit In-Charge at HealthHub Clinics by Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, performance, and quality standards of a healthcare clinic as part of a multi-speciality healthcare network within the Al-Futtaim Group. The role is exclusively for UAE Nationals and involves full accountability for day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery. The Clinic Manager leads multidisciplinary teams of up to 40 staff members, manages staffing, rostering, attendance, and performance evaluation, and ensures optimal workforce deployment. The role includes managing clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance while driving operational efficiency and compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare laws, corporate policies, and accreditation standards such as Accreditation Canada requirements. The position oversees procurement, stock management, petty cash, and vendor coordination while ensuring smooth clinic supply chain operations. The Clinic Manager is responsible for monitoring patient flow, improving productivity, managing patient relations and complaints, and ensuring effective service recovery. The role works closely with physicians, medical directors, finance, quality, and corporate teams to ensure clinical excellence and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the position prepares operational, financial, and performance reports, leads quality improvement initiatives, ensures infection control and safety standards, and supports clinic launches and process improvement projects. The role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations knowledge, and the ability to manage KPIs, budgets, compliance, and patient experience within a regulated healthcare environment.

- Take full responsibility for day-to-day clinic operations ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare service delivery across all departments
- Lead, manage, and support multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams of up to 40 staff members to achieve operational and performance objectives
- Develop, monitor, and control clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
- Ensure effective staffing, rostering, attendance management, and performance evaluation processes to maintain optimal workforce deployment
- Oversee procurement, stock management, petty cash handling, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operational supply chain functions
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare laws, corporate policies, infection control standards, and international healthcare accreditation requirements
- Monitor and improve clinic productivity, patient flow, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery quality
- Oversee patient relations, complaint management, and service recovery processes to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
- Work closely with physicians, medical directors, and support departments to ensure clinical excellence and integrated healthcare delivery
- Prepare and review operational, financial, quality, and performance reports while supporting data-driven decision-making
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, safety compliance programs, emergency preparedness, and infection control standards enforcement
- Support clinic projects, new clinic launches, process improvement initiatives, and strategic healthcare development programs
Experience & skills
- Hold UAE National status with valid family book as mandatory requirement
- Possess Bachelor's degree preferably in Healthcare Management or related field
- Demonstrate minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic management roles
- Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills within healthcare environments
- Possess solid understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, insurance processes, and patient services
- Demonstrate experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, staffing, and resource allocation in clinical settings
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English with Arabic language considered an advantage
- Demonstrate ability to work with physicians, staff, and stakeholders while managing clinic performance under pressure
