Senior Content Creator Specialist role at Nice one, Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing digital home retail brand based in Riyadh, operating within Performance Marketing and Content teams, responsible for driving content strategy, digital storytelling, and multi-platform engagement across social media, web, campaigns, and emerging digital channels. The role requires execution of comprehensive content calendars, creation of original written, visual, video, and interactive content optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and blogs, while ensuring consistent brand voice alignment with Saudi and GCC audience expectations. The position involves performance optimization using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, applying SEO best practices, and reporting on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. It also includes cross-functional collaboration with marketing, influencer relations, product, and creative teams to build integrated campaigns and cohesive brand narratives. The role requires market and trend research in digital marketing, content innovation, and e-commerce, as well as community engagement initiatives to grow online audiences and user-generated content. Responsibilities also include reviewing and editing content for accuracy, originality, legal compliance, and brand consistency while managing multiple fast-paced projects. Key responsibilities
- Develop, innovate, and execute a comprehensive content calendar across digital channels in coordination with marketing and design teams
- Concept, write, and produce original multi-format content including written, visual, video, and interactive assets for social media, web, campaigns, and emerging platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with brand voice, values, and audience expectations across Saudi and GCC markets
- Analyze, interpret, and report content performance metrics using analytics tools and SEO data to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, influencer relations, product, and creative teams to develop integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Conduct market and trend research in digital marketing, content innovation, and e-commerce to enhance strategic positioning
- Lead community engagement initiatives to grow audiences, encourage user-generated content, and strengthen brand interaction
- Review, edit, and ensure quality, accuracy, originality, and legal compliance of all content outputs while managing multiple deadlines
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, editorial work, social media management, or digital marketing within brand or agency environments
- Advanced ability to create and adapt content for multiple digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and blogs
- Experience building and executing data-driven content strategies focused on engagement, reach, and brand loyalty
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights combined with SEO best practices
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, influencer, and creative departments
- Strong editorial attention to detail ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand/legal compliance
