Job description
We are seeking a presentable and charismatic female Brand Executive with a passion for the beauty industry, specifically in salon professional business or related sectors. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong personal branding, and the ability to develop and execute brand strategies across the GCC market, ensuring a strong presence and market growth for Wella Professionals products and services.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audiences in the GCC market.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and online initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and introduce new products tailored to the GCC market.
- Manage distributor relationships and monitor sales performance across channels.
- Develop revenue forecasts, sales targets, and budgets; coordinate with sales teams to achieve goals.
- Organize and conduct training programs for salon professionals, distributors, and sales teams.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all communication channels, including social media, PR, and advertising.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Establish relationships with key clients and influencers to strengthen brand positioning.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities aligned with market and consumer demands.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external vendors for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging market segments to maintain brand relevance.
Experience & skills
- 3β5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in salon professional or beauty industry.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and market dynamics in the GCC region.
- Proven ability to manage distributors, sales teams, and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Event management and trade show experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
