The Management Consulting division partners with C-suite clients from global corporations and public sector entities to address critical strategic challenges. The Senior Manager will lead client workstreams or projects, provide rigorous strategic analysis, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development. This role demands exceptional consulting experience, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead and structure strategic consulting projects or major workstreams, often reporting directly to a Director or Managing Director
- Develop initial hypotheses, conduct rigorous research and analysis, and refine recommendations collaboratively
- Manage case teams day-to-day, allocating tasks, providing coaching, and ensuring high-quality output
- Drive project delivery timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, building trust and managing expectations
- Present strategic findings and insights in a clear, persuasive manner to C-level clients
- Support business development efforts by preparing client proposals, pitch presentations, and thought leadership
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Collaborate across service lines to offer integrated client solutions
- Contribute to internal knowledge capital and innovation within the consulting division
Experience & skills
- 5ā7 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably with a top-tier firm
- Bachelorās degree or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable for client interactions in the GCC
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to develop actionable insights from complex data
- Track record of leading project teams and managing client relationships independently
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Proven experience in structuring and delivering impactful client presentations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate high-level decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic consulting environments
