Job description
The Product Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking and human-centered design practices to create innovative digital solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with UI/UX design, prototyping tools, and industry-standard software. The designer will work on both native app and web interfaces, creating wireframes and design solutions based on business and user requirements. Key responsibilities
- Apply design thinking and human-centered design practices to create innovative solutions.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for native apps and web platforms.
- Utilize industry-standard software and prototyping tools to create design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and co-create design outputs.
- Analyze problems and identify user patterns to inform design decisions.
- Ensure user experience and information architecture principles are applied throughout the design process.
- Challenge existing approaches and bring innovative thinking to projects.
- Remain open to feedback, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in the GCC region is considered an asset.
- Hands-on, applicable experience in UI/UX or related domains.
- Knowledge of human-centered design practices.
- Experience designing for both native app UI and web platforms.
- Strong foundation in user experience and information architecture.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
