Job description
The Senior Consultant - Retail and Supply Chain Management Transformation at Sia in Dubai will support high-impact transformation programs across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. The role involves delivering sustainable business improvements through business process analysis, retail supply chain and warehouse management optimization, financial transformation, ERP deployment (SAP FICO), and outsourcing models in health insurance. The consultant will contribute to multi-workstream transformation projects, manage client relationships, supervise and mentor junior consultants, drive knowledge-sharing and innovation, and participate in business development activities including proposal drafting and market positioning. This position requires fluency in English, with Arabic preferred, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to multi-workstream transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Lead analyses on business processes in retail supply chain, warehouse management, and financial transformation
- Support the deployment of ERP solutions, including SAP FICO, to optimize financial and operational efficiency
- Oversee progress reporting, action plans, and key decision-making processes
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across retail, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare
- Draft proposals and thought leadership content to strengthen market presence
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants, supporting their development and contribution to client projects
- Manage client relationships with a focus on trust, delivery, and impact
- Provide coaching on consulting tools and methodologies to elevate project outcomes
- Bring subject matter expertise in retail transformation, supply chain optimization, warehouse management, finance & ERP systems, and outsourcing models
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, publications, and internal training to advance regional capabilities
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or other relevant fields
- 5–7 years of professional experience in business transformation projects with focus on innovation, retail supply chain, warehouse management, financial transformation, ERP (SAP FICO), and health insurance process outsourcing
- Proven track record in delivering operational efficiency, cost optimization, and transformation outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in consulting or in-house transformation roles is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred
