Job description
Responsible for acting as the translation layer between clientsâ cyber security needs, business strategy, and technology for CPX. The Lead Specialist in Account Management engages with clients to assess needs, chart digital transformation and cyber security roadmaps, and provide end-to-end integrated solutions. The role ensures the alignment of cyber security initiatives with business objectives, drives client satisfaction, and supports the management of digital assets for resilience and competitive advantage. This position involves business development, sales management, client consulting, and relationship building, including engagement with senior executives, CISOs, and stakeholders from internal audit, compliance, and business units.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets and make initial customer contact
- Understand customer needs and formulate collaborative proposals with solutions, justifications, and expected results
- Ensure proposals and contracts are technically and financially valid, with proper margins, payment terms, and delivery timeframes
- Review closed/lost sales, share lessons learned, and improve future deals
- Provide regular sales reports, analyzing and summarizing account activity, and maintain accurate customer records
- Build and nurture positive client relationships to exceed expectations and enable repeat business
- Ensure timely customer billing and collection of payments
- Engage with senior executives, CISO, and stakeholders to align solutions with business and compliance requirements
- Support clients in managing digital assets to enhance resilience and create sustainable competitive advantage
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure delivery of integrated cyber security solutions
Experience & skills
- 6â7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in sales within the cyber security sector
- Technical competence in security, software, hardware, and network systems
- Proven ability to engage and align with senior executives and CISOs
- Strong sales management, business development, and client consulting skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders from internal audit, compliance, and business units
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled negotiator
- Ability to handle stressful situations, pressures, and deadlines
- Bachelorâs degree in any field
- Experience with leading IT system integrators in the region is preferred
- Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and maintaining customer records
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
