Concept and business case are where every Qiddiya hotel begins, and this Riyadh-based Senior Director leads its development from there through delivery, handover and operational readiness. Asset strategy, feasibility and business plans define positioning, guest experience and value creation for each hotel in the Hospitality Business Unit's portfolio. Decisions on room mix, amenities, guest experience and operational planning come under your strategic oversight. Strategy, asset management, design, delivery and hotel Operators all need aligning so assets move smoothly from development into operations. Validation milestones such as mock-up room reviews and gateway decisions balance Operator, design, commercial and delivery requirements. Interfaces, risks and opportunities are managed across every workstream to protect value and keep momentum. Executive forums rely on your reporting on asset strategy, priorities, risks and recommendations, and development teams look to you for mentoring. At least 20 years in real estate or hospitality development is required, with a track record on luxury hospitality or mixed-use assets, Operator engagement and the full lifecycle from feasibility to handover. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture or Engineering is expected, with RICS, RIBA or PMP membership, Aconex proficiency and GCC experience as advantages.
