Job description
The Social Media & Content Development Manager at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is responsible for creating and leading the content strategy for the hotel and its associated brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the luxury brand vision. The role includes hands-on production of photo and video content using professional equipment and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, managing content across OTAs and booking platforms, and coordinating with internal teams and external creative partners. The role entails leading a social media and content team, planning and overseeing all photo and video shoots, and collaborating with photographers and videographers to produce brand-aligned content for multi-channel use. The manager must stay on top of platform trends and analytics to continuously optimize content performance and audience engagement. This senior-level role requires over 5 years of luxury brand marketing experience across both in-house and agency environments, with strong strategic, technical, and creative capabilities. - Create, capture, and edit photo and video content for Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and associated brands
- Develop and refine the social media and content strategy to align with business goals and brand vision

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee photo and video shoots from pre-production to post-production
- Manage and update content across OTAs, booking platforms, and digital channels

Experience & skills
- Ability to shoot and edit photo and video content using professional equipment
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software for photo, video, and audio editing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience using social listening tools and social media analytics for campaign optimization
- Over 5 years managing multi-channel social media campaigns for luxury brands in both in-house and agency settings
- Strong English communication skills with interpersonal and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to grow communities, enhance brand identity, and drive engagement through innovative strategies
