Job description
Visitor numbers, exhibitor sign-ups and brand visibility for exhibitions and trade shows are what this Dubai-based Marketing Manager is measured on. Integrated marketing plans start with defining target visitors, exhibitors and partners, supported by market research and competitor analysis. Campaigns run across digital, email, social media, PR, content and paid advertising, with timelines, budgets and performance all tracked closely. Sales teams lean on marketing to support exhibitor acquisition. Website content, SEO, landing pages, CRM email automation and agency-run PPC, social ads and retargeting feed lead generation, measured through Google Analytics. Brochures, press releases, emails and social posts need consistent branding, coordinated with designers, copywriters and agencies. Media partners, associations and industry stakeholders help widen reach through PR and cross-marketing. Promotional calendars cover the run-up to each event, the event itself and the follow-up, and on-site support is sometimes needed. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or Communications and 5+ years in marketing, ideally in exhibitions, events or B2B, with strong digital channel knowledge and availability to start on 1 December 2026.
