Job description
ADNOC Gas O&M is seeking a Planner, Integrity to join the Reliability Team in Ruwais. The role is responsible for maintaining, validating, and updating integrity-related data across systems to support asset reliability and safe operations. The Planner will ensure the accuracy of equipment static data, manage logs for inspection results, coating repairs, and material inventory, and verify the implementation of corrective actions from inspection and corrosion reports. This role requires strong technical skills in integrity management and collaboration with engineers and foremen to maintain up-to-date asset information and issue monthly integrity KPIs.

Key responsibilities
- Validate the entered data into the integrity data management system.
- Physically validate new equipment static data against nameplates.
- Gather and update integrity-related data from reports and documents.
- Verify implementation of recommended actions from inspection and corrosion reports using anomaly tracking software.
- Maintain IPS logs and supplied software, monitor software validation, and resolve issues.
- Maintain dynamic logs for Main Oil Lines (MOLs) coating and joint repairs.
- Maintain stock material/equipment inventory.
- Maintain updated logs for service and material requests.
- Assist in maintaining integrity reports, historical data, and analysis results systematically.
- Assist in updating asset trees for completed inspections and assessments to issue monthly integrity KPIs.
- Liaise with foremen and engineers to update the status of issued plans and objectives.
- Prepare data for integrity assessments and remnant life study reports.
- Participate in quality, corrosion, and inspection-related aspects as required.
Experience & skills
- Secondary School Certificate or Diploma (2–3 years) in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Corrosion Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in integrity management within the oil & gas industry.
- At least one international certification related to inspection and/or corrosion.
- Knowledge of integrity software tools, inspection practices, and corrosion monitoring.
- Experience in managing and validating engineering data for oil & gas operations.
