The Paid Media Manager role at Tahaluf focuses on driving high-quality visitor registrations and qualified exhibitor leads through innovative international and local paid media campaigns for large-scale B2B events. The position leads paid media strategies across Portfolio 2 events, including Cityscape Global and Global Health Exhibitions, with responsibility for optimising performance and showcasing Saudi events to global and local audiences. The role involves developing and executing targeted paid media strategies, managing international and local exhibitor promotion (Exprom) and visitor promotion (Visprom) campaigns, aligning closely with sales and marketing objectives, and briefing agencies with clear targets, media plans, and insights from previous campaigns. Continuous optimisation is required across key performance indicators such as CTR, conversions, lead quality, ROI optimisation, and registration volume. The Paid Media Manager analyses performance data, refreshes creatives and targeting strategies as needed, prepares detailed monthly performance reports for senior leadership, and leverages insights from other portfolios and historical campaigns. The role addresses challenges related to high registration volume with low conversion rates, penetrates new international markets unfamiliar with Saudi events through localised strategies, and requires strong proficiency in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, along with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Data Studio. The position is based in Riyadh at Roshn Front, operates in a hybrid model with four days in-office and one day working from home, and sits within Tahaluf, the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia and a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and EIF.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted paid media strategies to drive visitor registrations and generate qualified exhibitor leads across all portfolio events.
- Manage international and local Exprom and Visprom campaigns in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams on exhibitor promotion strategies and marketing teams on visitor promotion strategies, including targeting, data builds, and channel-specific communication plans.
- Brief and manage agencies with defined targets, media plans, and campaign insights to ensure effective execution.
- Oversee campaign launches and execution while continuously optimising CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements to maximise results.
- Analyse performance metrics to determine creative refresh requirements and targeting adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly paid media performance reports to senior leadership and core marketing stakeholders.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives and timelines.
- Drive market penetration strategies for new international markets through tailored and localised paid media campaigns.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience managing international paid media campaigns focused on registrations and lead generation.
- Exhibit experience working with or managing agencies to execute high-performing paid media campaigns.
- Apply strong analytics and reporting expertise to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Show proficiency in paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Utilise analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio to monitor and optimise performance.
- Create and manage media plans incorporating data builds and advanced targeting strategies.
- Possess understanding of the local market with capability to create content in English and Arabic.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work model with four days on-site and one day working from home.
