The Senior CRM Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily within the Customer Engagement (CE) module. This role includes customizing Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful integration with other enterprise systems. The role also involves developing Power Platform solutions, overseeing data migrations, maintaining CRM compliance standards, and providing support and mentorship to junior team members. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals who bring technical expertise and strategic insight into enterprise CRM implementations.
