Job description
The Executive – Human Capital supports all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, documentation, reporting, and compliance. The role acts as a liaison between employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees, prepare offer letters, collect joining documents, and coordinate logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRMS with relevant data
- Handle day-to-day HR queries, letters, certificates, and ID issuance
- Track attendance, leave, confirmations, transfers, and resignations
- Assist in planning and executing employee events and HR communication campaigns
- Prepare HR documentation (warnings, promotions, contract amendments) under supervision
- Generate HR reports for headcount, leave balances, and employee changes
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, approval hierarchies, and documentation protocols
- Coordinate with Payroll, Admin, PRO, and IT teams for HR transactions
- Identify gaps or employee concerns and escalate to senior HR management
Experience & skills
- 3+ years progressive experience in human resources, HRMS, or administration
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a retail setting
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Doha
