Job description
KBR is seeking a highly experienced Construction Offshore Manager to support Offshore Well Head Tower (WHT) subsea cable and piping projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing offshore construction activities, ensuring project delivery, and coordinating engineering and construction teams. The position requires extensive experience in oil and gas mega projects, particularly within brownfield modifications and ADNOC environments. The successful candidate will initially be based in Abu Dhabi before transitioning to offshore operations on a rotational schedule.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 25+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Experience in Well Head Tower, subsea cable, and piping projects
- Experience in brownfield modification projects
- Minimum 5+ years working on ADNOC projects
- Minimum 5 years in similar leadership role
- Experience in mega FEED/EPC projects exceeding $1 billion
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong offshore construction management experience
