Job description
The Divisional Service Manager role is responsible for leading and growing service market share across Saudi Arabia’s installed base within a machinery or capital equipment manufacturing environment. The role owns full Service divisional P&L accountability, including labour revenue, margins, productivity, pricing, and financial performance optimization. It focuses on driving service growth, preventive maintenance programs, and structured service relationships to maximize uptime and aftermarket value for customers. The position defines divisional service strategy, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and alignment with OEM standards to ensure operational consistency and service excellence. The role oversees technician productivity, training programs, and capability development to enhance service delivery efficiency and workforce performance. It also ensures financial discipline across billing, pricing, and accounts receivable (AR) compliance while maintaining strong commercial governance. The Divisional Service Manager ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, manages audit processes, and closes audit findings to maintain certification readiness. The role requires experience in ISO-certified, audited environments and strong leadership in service operations within industrial or capital equipment sectors, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term service growth across the installed base.

- Own full Service divisional P&L including labour revenue, margins, pricing, and productivity while ensuring financial performance optimization and profitability across service operations
- Define and execute divisional service strategy, SOPs, and operational frameworks aligned with OEM standards to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery
- Drive service growth initiatives including preventive maintenance programs and structured service relationships to maximize installed base uptime and aftermarket value
- Oversee technician productivity, training, and capability development programs to improve workforce efficiency and service delivery performance
- Ensure financial discipline across billing processes, pricing strategies, and accounts receivable (AR) compliance to maintain strong financial governance
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, manage audit processes, and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Lead service operations across machinery or capital equipment sectors to ensure efficient service execution and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement capability frameworks and performance standards to enhance service quality and operational excellence
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate minimum 10 years of experience in service leadership roles within machinery, capital equipment, or industrial service environments
- Show proven accountability for Service P&L ownership including revenue, margins, productivity, and pricing management
- Possess experience working in ISO-certified environments including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and audit management
- Hold an engineering or technical degree relevant to machinery, industrial systems, or service operations
- Demonstrate experience in installed base management and aftermarket service growth strategies
- Exhibit strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and structured service delivery models
- Show experience in technician training, workforce development, and operational capability building
- Demonstrate ability to define service strategy, SOPs, and align operations with OEM standards in industrial environments
