Job description
Red Sea Global is hiring a Senior Procurement Manager ā Mobility to lead strategic procurement across land, marine, and maintenance mobility operations. The role is based at the Red Sea Project Site near Umluj and is central to supporting operations and ensuring supply chain resilience in a remote, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in fleet and marine procurement, system implementation using SAP and Aconex, and sustainable sourcing strategies aligned with Red Sea Globalās standards. You will work closely with operations, SAP consultants, and document control teams to enhance procurement systems, improve inventory management, and establish mobility-specific procurement workflows.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead procurement for land fleets, marine vessels, and maintenance equipment
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for guest transportation, marina operations, and marine maintenance facilities
- Manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate competitive contracts in the mobility category
- Use SAP for procurement processes, inventory tracking, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with SAP implementation team to enhance system capabilities based on mobility requirements
- Test and validate SAP improvements for procurement functionalities
- Serve as delegate for the Director of Procurement during absences, per company authority levels
- Support leveraging Aconex for procurement approvals and document workflow
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Translate operational needs into procurement specifications and implement tracking systems
- Help build and maintain an inventory management system for mobility spare parts and consumables
- Develop contingency sourcing strategies for remote procurement and manage cash purchasing protocols
- Monitor market trends, propose new suppliers, and lead tenders to improve mobility services
- Prepare procurement analytics and reports for executive decision-making
- Mentor and guide team members in the procurement of mobility-related categories
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in procurement management, preferably within fleet or marine operations
- Experience with SAP and procurement system enhancements strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Aconex document control and workflow processes is advantageous
- Proven success in procurement for remote or complex operational environments
- Background in hospitality, tourism, or luxury services is a plus
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Experience working with international suppliers and in multicultural teams
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and maintenance supply chain logistics
