The portfolio spans Airfield Ground Lighting, Airfield Ground Lighting & Signs, Constant Current Regulators (CCRs), Series Lighting Control and Monitoring (SLCM), PC- and PLC-based Control & Monitoring Systems for Airfield Ground Lighting, Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS), Turnaround Management System, Advanced Surface Movement Guidance Control System (ASMGCS L1-L5), Integrated Tower Working Position (ITWP), Electronic Flight Strip System (EFPS), Integrated Engineering Working Position / RCMS, SWIM & ATM Integration Platform, and Airports-Collaborative Decision-Making System (A-CDM). The role develops and owns product and solution roadmaps by identifying market gaps, mapping legal and regulatory requirements across ICAO, FAA, and other global markets, and conducting voice-of-customer and market research. Responsibilities include commercialization activities such as SKU creation, pricing and costing strategies, specification definition, production planning, product certification, and product launches, while working cross-functionally with Engineering & Technology, HUE Designers, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support. The role supports global sales and delivery teams, engages directly with customers through workshops, roadshows, demos, and tradeshows, prepares sales kits and product training materials, and generates forecasts, reports, and analyses by segment, region, market, and sector. The position manages business cases, budgets, vendor and partner engagements, cross-SBU initiatives, and escalations, while maintaining deep engagement with professional bodies such as FAA, EuroControl, EuroCAE, CANSO, SESAR, and NEXGEN. Success is measured through profitability, customer satisfaction, innovation and intellectual property creation, VPD scorecard delivery, and effective product launch execution across global airport hubs.
