As a Senior Consultant in People Advisory at Grant Thornton, you will lead strategic HR initiatives and provide expert advice to clients across various industries. You'll deliver impactful business consulting projects, support go-to-market plans, and leverage analytical tools to drive decision-making. Key responsibilities
- Deliver various phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients across industries
- Support the development and delivery of a go-to market plan for People Advisory
- Develop People Consulting product collateral, tools, and templates
- Analyze HR metrics and generate decision-making reports
- Provide strategic HR advice including workforce planning, organizational design, and HR strategy alignment
- Utilize consulting tools like Power BI and SAS for data analysis and reporting
- Play a key role in client management and practice development
- Participate in a range of business consulting projects and engagements
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients at all levels
- Assist managers in identifying and resolving client issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality
- Prepare and submit timely business proposals
- Complete all assigned project tasks within deadlines
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of experience in a top international consulting firm
- Strong technical skills in HR Advisory and People Consulting
- Experience in HR operating model design and delivery
- Knowledge of compensation, job evaluation, HR systems, and organizational design
- CIPD qualification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous
- Willingness to work additional hours and travel to client sites
