Job description
EN50126, 50128 and 50129 set the framework for system assurance on Dubai Metro and Tram, and this QHSE Lead Manager applies them across the RPPD Project scope for Keolis. Safety, quality and risk systems for that scope are yours to define, implement and monitor, along with System Assurance plans and the Change and Risk strategy. Operational Safety Cases for Dubai Metro and Tram need updating as projects progress, and every proposed change to service, infrastructure, staffing or processes is assessed for impact. A risk register for the RPPD scope is built and tracked, with action plans that bring risk down to ALARP. Schedule 10 of the O&M agreement defines the deliverables, and QHSE contractual KPIs carry financial penalties, so compliance is watched closely. Client, Regulator, Contractors and Subcontractors all rely on you for technical advice and timely risk and assurance reports. Above all, RPPD works must not cause delays to passenger service. The team needs SMART objectives and Individual Development Plans, and the post includes on-call duty and deputising when required. Candidates should hold a Master's degree or equivalent, functional safety and risk management certification, and experience delivering Safety Cases on driverless, Metro or Tram networks internationally.
