The Senior Specialist – Business Analysis role in the United Arab Emirates supports the organization’s digital transformation initiatives as the business continues to expand its operations, product portfolio, and distribution footprint across multiple markets. This position plays a critical role in mapping end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and enabling the successful implementation of digital technology initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing existing business workflows, identifying activities that can be transitioned to offshore teams, and supporting the smooth transition of operational processes to enhance scalability and efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and Information Technology, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that digital solutions enhance operational performance, customer service levels, and sales execution capabilities while supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves collaborating with digital product teams, UX designers, and agile delivery teams to define functional and technical requirements for digital platforms such as mobile applications, websites, and customer portals. The specialist is responsible for developing detailed documentation including user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, the role supports performance measurement and product optimization by leveraging digital analytics tools and interpreting business data to assess the impact of technology initiatives. Through strong stakeholder engagement and technical understanding of modern digital architectures, the Senior Specialist contributes to building scalable digital products and improving business processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to support digital transformation initiatives
- Identify operational activities suitable for offshore transition and support the implementation of offshore delivery models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and IT to improve operational efficiency
- Develop detailed user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria for digital product development
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements for digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and portals
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to enhance digital customer experiences
- Support agile development processes by maintaining product backlogs and coordinating with development teams
- Utilize analytics tools to track digital product performance and support data-driven decision making
- Conduct customer journey analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements across digital channels
- Create process maps and business documentation to support system integration and digital product implementation
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Contribute to digital product development cycles using agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis roles
- At least 4 years of experience working on digital projects such as mobile applications, websites, or digital platforms
- Strong experience working with digital product teams, agile development teams, and UX designers
- Expertise in writing detailed user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of digital product development and agile methodologies
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
- Strong background in customer journey mapping, process analysis, and digital process improvement
- Understanding of solution architecture concepts including microservices and system integration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to support business decisions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
