Job description
Ounass is seeking a Marketing Services Executive to join its growing retail media team in Dubai. In this hybrid role, you will manage the execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns for luxury brand partners. Acting as a cross-functional liaison, youâll coordinate campaign elements with internal creative, merchandising, and digital teams while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. You'll also play a key role in translating performance data into premium, insight-driven reporting that articulates campaign ROI and supports ongoing brand success. This role combines campaign management, client communication, and data storytelling to drive measurable results for high-profile retail partners.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate launch and delivery of digital campaigns including sponsored ads, sponsored display, and offsite placements
- Liaise with creative, editorial, merchandising, trade, and digital marketing teams to meet brand guidelines and deadlines
- Compile, analyze, and deliver post-campaign reports that align with luxury brand KPIs
- Present performance summaries highlighting ROI, engagement, and actionable insights
- Act as the primary contact for brand partners regarding campaign results
- Support account managers with reporting materials and strategic talking points
- Maintain regular partner communication to demonstrate campaign value and outcomes
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future performance
- Continuously improve internal reporting processes and templates
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or campaign reporting
- Previous experience in retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from campaign data
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate data into clear narratives
- Client-centric mindset with high attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
