Job description
Qiddiya City's complex infrastructure and capital projects need structured planning, monitoring, and control from feasibility through delivery and close-out, and this Project Control Manager role leads exactly that across the full project lifecycle. Program, cost, risk, and reporting functions get integrated, assured, and delivered to the highest professional standards in line with client, stakeholder, and regulatory requirements. You will lead the assessment of project environments and client requirements, identifying challenges and collaborating with stakeholders to design tailored control solutions. Fit-for-purpose project controls frameworks get established and managed, spanning planning, cost, risk, and performance reporting, with robust baselines developed and cost, schedule, and risk data integrated using tools such as Primavera P6. Project findings and recommendations get analyzed, documented, and reported through dashboards, KPI packs, trend analysis, and forecasting for senior stakeholders. Collaborative planning and controls sessions run with client representatives, project teams, and delivery partners, both virtually and in person. Change control processes, QSRA activities, and Earned Value Management systems receive support and development where required.
