The Sustainability Development Lead Analyst supports the development and execution of sustainability strategies in alignment with national and global goals, focusing on the Saudi Capital Market. The role involves promoting sustainability disclosure, engaging with issuers, investors, and stakeholders, and leading initiatives to advance ESG adoption and sustainable finance practices.

Key responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of sustainability strategies with regulators and internal stakeholders
- Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and webinars for market participants
- Lead initiatives to improve sustainability disclosure and reporting among listed companies
- Assist in the creation of sustainable financial products and services
- Engage with issuers, investors, and stakeholders to promote ESG reporting
- Monitor ESG market trends, regulatory updates, and performance indicators
- Carry out daily departmental operations in compliance with company standards
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
- Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, and productivity gains
- Represent the company positively in internal and external interactions
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Sustainability-related professional certifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ESG/sustainability within financial institutions, consultancy, or regulatory environments
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ESG reporting tools preferred
- Experience with green finance products like green bonds, ESG indices, and carbon markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management capabilities for handling multiple initiatives
